#SoundOfFreedom Le 12 octobre 2011, BBC News a rapporté que 9 000 enfants d'Uganda en Afrique étaient portés disparus et qu'au moins 400 d'entre eux avaient été enlevés et trafiqués au Royaume-Uni pour être utilisés pour des rituels sanguinaires. Les témoignages de nombre de ces enfants ont révélé qu'une fois arrivés en Grande-Bretagne, ils sont exposés à des traitements violents et dégradants, impliquant souvent l'extraction forcée de leur sang pour être utilisé par des clients exigeant des rituels sanguins. Un garçon a expliqué comment les sorciers ont pris son sang pour l'utiliser dans de tels rituels : « Les trafiquants ou les sorciers vous prennent les cheveux et vous coupent les bras, les jambes, la tête et les parties génitales et recueillent le sang. Ils disent que si vous parlez, je peux vous tuer." Selon un rapport du département d'État américain, l'Ouganda est devenu l'un des principaux pays d'origine des enfants achetés et introduits clandestinement en Grande-Bretagne. Quelque 9 000 enfants ont disparu dans le pays au cours de ces quatre dernières années.

Testimonies from many of these children have revealed that once they arrive in Britain, they are exposed to violent and degrading treatments, often involving the forced extraction of their blood to be used for clients demanding blood rituals.
One boy explained how witch-doctors took his blood to be used in such rituals: "The traffickers or witch-doctors take your hair and cut your arms, legs, heads and genitals and collect the blood. They say if you speak out I can kill you."
According to a US State Department report, Uganda had become one of the main source countries for children to be bought and smuggled to Britain. Some 9,000 children went gone missing in the country over those past four years.
